Competency Questions

One of the most important things a group of scholars can do is to think through the competency questions for projects: what kind of questions can a resource like this answer? What can scholars and students learn here that other resources don't offer? What can it offer more easily than other resources?

These questions can be useful for thinking through interface designs, search capabilities, and metadata, and they can also be instrumental in writing sections for users, scholars, teachers, and students.
