MT DBD Workshop
The Digital Mark Twain Day by Day Scholars Workshop is part of a larger project to create a new digital version of David Fears’s Mark Twain Day by Day: An Annotated Chronology of the Life of Samuel L. Clemens. The digital project, generously supported by the Susan Jaffe Tane, aims to make Fears more accessible and searchable, and, above all, useful to researchers.
In doing so, we are not only creating a digital version of Fears’s work but also bringing it together with B. Scott Holmes, Twain’s Geography (twainsgeography.com), network visualizations, new search capabilities, and a more robust, user-friendly interface.
The scholars’ workshop is central to the vision of the project. We want the project to work well for scholars and students, so your participation, ideas, suggestions, and input are key.
